Products

Pulse sells leg compression and massage products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other information are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur.

Pulse reserves the right to correct errors and update product information, pricing, or availability at any time.

Orders

When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Pulse reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

• Incorrect pricing

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund.

Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, high order volumes, or circumstances outside Pulse's control.

If Pulse becomes unable to ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will provide appropriate notice and any cancellation/refund options required by applicable law.

Customer Information

Pulse is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Intellectual Property

All Pulse branding, website content, graphics, text, logos, and other original materials belong to Pulse or its respective owners and may not be copied or used without permission.

Pulse may use third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, advertising platforms, and shipping providers.

Pulse is not responsible for outages, errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability
